Ingredients for Turkey Taco Bell Pepper Wraps
• Ground Turkey – is a lean protein that cooks fast and pairs well with garlic and lime.
• Cumin Powder, Chili Powder, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Dried Oregano, Sea Salt – to create the tasty taco seasoning.
• Garlic Cloves – garlic is life! No seriously, it contains a natural antibiotic property called allicin!
• Green Onions – a great addition for a balanced taste and texture.
• Mango – adds a nice slight sweet taste with the taco seasonings.
• Fresh Squeezed Lime – this takes to a whole another level!
• Red and Yellow Bell Pepper – healthy and fresh, making it a beautiful low-carb trade out!
• Avocado or Olive Oil (for cooking on the griddle) – I stay away from seed oils since they have been linked to being unhealthy.
I typically chose organic ingredients for the minimally processed health benefits, but you certainly can go conventional, if looking for a budget-friendly recipe. Make sure to double check the labels for those with food sensitivities.

Optional Toppings:
• Diced Avocado or Guacamole
• Extra Lime Juice
• Fresh Cilantro
How to Make Turkey Taco Bell Pepper Wraps on a Blackstone Griddle
Instructions
1. Preheat your griddle to low to medium. Once it gets to temp, add ground turkey to one side of the griddle. Start using spatula right away to finely break turkey up, into smaller pieces.
2. After 2–3 minutes, season with cumin powder, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, sea salt and a heavy splash of water and small drizzle of oil, to help mix the taco seasoning and keep the turkey moist.
3. Now sauté the minced garlic separately until golden, then mix into the turkey. Make sure to keep watch, this step happens fast, and it takes about only 30 seconds! Keep flipping the seasoned turkey a few times, so it evenly cooks for the taco flavor.

4. Around the 7-minute mark, place the pepper halves cut-side down on the other side of the griddle. This about the time the taco aroma, starts filling the air!!

5. Add green onions, ripe mango and fresh squeezed lime juice to the turkey. I used my hand to squeeze the lime juice in.

6. Cover with a dome lid to steam the peppers for about a minute and finish cooking the meat. We are just wanting the them slightly soft and golden crisp edges.

7. Now remove everything when fully cooked. I used a metal spatula to scoop the yumminess up!

8. Spoon the turkey taco mixture into each bell pepper half and top with fresh lime juice! This gives it the best finishing touch!
