How to Make Honey Cayenne Candied Bacon
Instructions :
Preheat: Blackstone electric griddle (or any flat top) to 380°F. Make sure both burners are set evenly if using a dual-zone griddle.
Lay the full pack of bacon flat across the griddle. Cook each side slowly for about 6 minutes.

Flip when the first side is golden and crisping.

Drizzle a small amount of organic honey across the bacon. Sprinkle a pinch of organic cayenne pepper over the top. Let cook for 1–2 minutes to allow the glaze to start caramelizing.
Flip the bacon and repeat the honey and cayenne drizzle. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until caramelized and crisped to your liking.

Remove the bacon from the griddle and lay it on parchment paper to cool slightly and crisp up.
Tips
• For more heat? Add more cayenne.
• Extra sweetness? Drizzle a little more honey during the final 30 seconds of cooking.
• Want to do sugar-free option? Try a clean maple monk fruit syrup.
