Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce pack of thick cut bacon no nitrates or antibiotics
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat: Griddle to 380°F.
  • Lay bacon flat across the griddle.
    Cook each side slowly for about 6 minutes.
    Flip once the first side is golden and crisping.
  • Drizzle a small amount of organic honey across the bacon.
    Sprinkle a pinch of organic cayenne pepper over the top.
    Let cook for 1–2 minutes to allow the glaze to start caramelizing.
  • Flip the bacon and repeat the honey and cayenne drizzle.
    Cook for another 1–2 minutes until caramelized and crisped.
  • Remove the bacon and lay it on parchment paper to cool and crisp up.
