This easy one-pan dinner is a budget-friendly family dinner. Your out of time? Just rinse and cut, toss the sheet pan in the oven! Perfect for those busy nights, kids sports, or want a minimal clean up.
I used clean, organic foods that are minimally-processed, gluten-free, and dairy-free. BUT!! You can easily make this healthy chicken recipe for $13 using non-organic ingredients!

How to Make:
ALL in ONE PAN – Ranch Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients

Choose organic foods as I did for the desired taste of this recipe or go non-organic.
To get the best minimally-processed health benefits, aim for organic, if it’s in your budget. 🙂

Chicken Tenderloins. I like these for being lean, low-fat and easy to bake.

Asparagus. Rich in fiber and antioxidants.

Red Potatoes. Great source of fiber with the skins left on.

Red Onion. Adds flavor.

White Mushrooms. Great source of vitamin D.

Garlic Cloves. I love garlic and it contains allicin, known for being antibacterial.

Ranch Dressing Seasoning. This clean ranch mix is simple and dairy-free. Most ranch options has some form of dairy but this one does not. And it’s also gluten-free! Perfect for those searching for an allergy free recipe.
