How to Make Valentine’s Day Pancakes
My toddler has been wanting to make these gluten-free dairy-free pancakes and what a perfect time, for something simple for Valentine’s Day! Or make them in general for the perfect fun sized breakfast like these Pumpkin Pancakes.
First, preheat your indoor griddle to 375°F.
Now in a large mixing bowl, combine gluten and dairy-free pancake mix, almond milk, egg, olive oil, and vanilla.
Gently fold in your chopped strawberries.

Place 4-inch heart-shaped silicone rings onto the hot griddle. I pre-greased mine with oil on the insides to prevent sticking. (that is an amazon affiliate source, that may help me earn a tiny amount, if you feel inclined) 🙂
Now pour batter into the rings, filling each about ¾ full.

Cook for 4–5 minutes, watching carefully for browning on the bottom.
Carefully remove the heart rings, flip pancakes, and cook an additional 3–4 minutes, until cooked through.
Serve these Valentines Day pancakes warm with honey as my little loves or maple syrup which is my favorite!

Tips & Substitutions
• Organic ingredients are optional and work beautifully if available. My go to is anything that is less processed.
• You can use regular round silicone rings, if heart heart-shaped pancakes rings aren’t available.
• Watch heat closely to prevent over-browning.
How to Store & Reheat
Store leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently on the griddle or in a toaster.
