Equipment

  • 1 indoor griddle
  • 6 silicone rings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free pancake mix Arrowhead Mills used
  • cups almond milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large strawberries chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat an indoor griddle to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, almond milk, egg, olive oil, and vanilla.
  • Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  • Place 4-inch heart-shaped silicone rings onto the hot griddle.
  • Pour batter into the rings, filling each about ¾ full.
  • Cook for 4–5 minutes, watching carefully for browning on the bottom.
  • Remove rings, flip pancakes, and cook an additional 3–4 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Serve warm with honey or maple syrup.

Organic ingredients are optional and work beautifully if available!
