gluten-free pancake mix
Arrowhead Mills used

almond milk

large egg

tablespoon
olive oil

vanilla extract

large strawberries
chopped
Instructions
Preheat an indoor griddle to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, almond milk, egg, olive oil, and vanilla.
Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
Place 4-inch heart-shaped silicone rings onto the hot griddle.
Pour batter into the rings, filling each about ¾ full.
Cook for 4–5 minutes, watching carefully for browning on the bottom.
Remove rings, flip pancakes, and cook an additional 3–4 minutes, until cooked through.
Serve warm with honey or maple syrup.
Notes
Organic ingredients are optional and work beautifully if available!
