How to make the Best Steak: Smothered Grass-Fed Ribeye Steak with Veggies
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the Griddle:
Set your griddle to 365 F and allow to preheat. (or medium heat on stovetop skillet)
Drizzle olive oil evenly across the surface of the griddle.
Prepare the ingredients:
Pat each side of the ribeye steaks with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Season the ribeye steaks on both sides with garlic powder and flaky sea salt.
Slice the onions and mushrooms, chop the green onions, and mince the garlic.
The veggies are what smothers this grass-fed ribeye nicely and each bite is delish.

Cooking time:
Cook steak 7-8 minutes on each side until it develops a crust.
While the steak is cooking, caramelize onions, mushrooms, and garlic with splash of water to keep moist.
After removing the steak, allow to set 5 minutes for savory juices pack in.
