Ingredients
- ranch seasoning – I personally love the Riega organic packet which has minimally processed ingredients
- chicken – lean with high protein in this meal, and I chose meat that is more natural with no antibiotics
- brussel sprouts – often underestimated veggie loaded with healthy nutrients, like supporting immune health

How to Make One Pan Chicken with Ranch Seasoning & Brussel Sprouts
1. Get your oven to a preheat of 375°F.
2. We are going to prep the ingredients directly in the pan:
This makes for easy clean up and less washing of dishes, which is not my cup of tea. Same for you? Ha ha!
• I used my kitchen scissors for the quickness, to get the chicken breasts into small pieces and placed them onto the baking pan or you can use a cutting knife. I lined my sheet pan with aluminum foil this time around as that I was out of parchment paper.
• Now cut the brussel sprouts into halves or quarters with a knife and add them to the same pan. Don’t forget to remove the white woody ends because they are a little tough to cook.
3. Let’s season and mix:
• Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken and sprouts. Drizzle olive oil across the top. Mix everything together directly in the pan until well coated.
Optional: You can also add a splash of vegetable broth if it looks too dry and aiming for less oils.

4. Now bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
• You gonna bake this for about 15 minutes and mix halfway through with a spoon, for even cooking.
• Make sure to check the chicken (it should be fully white inside or reach 165°F). The smaller sizes helps with that!

5. That ‘s it! Just serve it hot, like it’s summer on a plate:
• Enjoy as is or pair this with a side like, gluten-free quinoa.

Meal Prep Tips
- Double the recipe and store in air tight container, in the fridge for 3 days.
- I prefer glass bowls with a snap top lid, for keeping freshness.
