Equipment

  • 1 large sheet pan

Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz brussels sprouts (fresh) trimmed and chopped
  • 3 large chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning Riega brand
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil for moisture

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prep the ingredients directly in the pan:
    Cut the chicken breasts into chunks right into a large baking pan.
  • Slice brussel sprouts into halves and quarters with a knife and add them to the same pan. (woody ends are cut off)
  • Season and mix:
    Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken and sprouts.
    Drizzle olive oil across the top.
    Mix everything together directly in the pan until well coated.
  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
    Check the chicken for doneness (it should be fully white inside or reach 165°F).
