Prep the ingredients directly in the pan: Cut the chicken breasts into chunks right into a large baking pan.
Slice brussel sprouts into halves and quarters with a knife and add them to the same pan. (woody ends are cut off)
Season and mix: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken and sprouts. Drizzle olive oil across the top. Mix everything together directly in the pan until well coated.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Check the chicken for doneness (it should be fully white inside or reach 165°F).
