This amazing mushroom has a tender texture and a taste that mimics (scallops/lobster).
It’s a great alternative to meat, with a seafood taste.

Choose as a main dish or a great side addition. I prefer to have as a delicious light lunch.

Some say when eaten, it enhances their mood. I don’t know about you, but anything that beats the blues is good for me!

Instructions:
1. Take the head of lion’s mane and pull into small bite size pieces.

2. Heat olive oil in skillet to medium heat.

3. Add lion’s mane mushroom and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

4. Add washed chopped cilantro or parsley the last 3-5 minutes.

I prefer cilantro after making this! Chose your own special greens. πŸ™‚

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head lion's mane mushroom
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 bunch cilantro or parsley the amount that makes you happy
  • 1-2 tsp tumeric

Instructions
 

  • Break mushroom into bite size pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet to medium heat.
  • Add mushroom and turmeric. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  • Add cilantro the last 3-5 minutes.
