An easy broccoli recipe, that takes this super green vegetable to a gourmet broccoli level!! Enjoy this a tasty healthy plant-based dish! With a clean ingredient dairy-free option.

Broccoli is a great source of folate which is essential for our body for healthy growth and function. The easy recipes I write, focus on being minimally processed, free of dairy and gluten, and little to no, seed oil. This helps lower inflammation levels and in return, a cancer preventive benefits. All for improving health and gourmet broccoli experience!
To make this dish, I used dairy-free ingredients for a clean eating, gourmet broccoli dish.
Are you sensitive to dairy or lactose intolerant?
I loved the taste of these dairy-free options and are great tatsty substitutes!
Or you can chose your preferred dairy butter and cheese. (it may taste different from the recipe that is written, but it will easy and quick!)

Instructions:
1. Take head of broccoli and cut into florets.
Using part of the stalk yields more for your gourmet broccoli dish.
2. Bring 3/4 pot of water to boil. Add broccoli. Place lid and simmer for 7-9 minutes.
I like my veggies and greens with a little crunch texture. π

3. Strain broccoli and place in serving dish to elevate to gourmet broccoli status.
4. Immediately add butter, cheese, pumpkin seeds while still hot and ENJOY!
I find this to be a great addition to dinner! For me, I eat as light lunch or even as a snack!
Add salt to taste, if preferred!

- 1 tbsp dairy free butter or preference
- 2-3 tbsp dairy free mozzarella cheese or preference
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds unsalted
