Ingredients
  

  • 1 head broccoli including stems
  • 1 tbsp dairy free butter or preference
  • 2-3 tbsp dairy free mozzarella cheese or preference
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds unsalted

Instructions
 

  • Take head of broccoli and cut into florets. Using part of the stalk yields more.
  • Bring 3/4 pot of water to boil. Add broccoli. Place lid and simmer for 7-9 minutes.
  • Strain broccoli and place in serving dish.
  • Immediately add butter, cheese, pumpkin seeds while still hot.
