That’s a red pepper and nectarine, and it pairs well with this salad dressing that I found at a Farmer’s Market. You can also get this brand online or you may find something similar at your grocery store to fit your budget! This delightful raw vegan salad features these fruits beautifully.
I do enjoy making vegan creations from time to time, as I love plant-based ideas like roasted ranch veggies. So more things are to come for veggies and fruits paired together!

Instructions
Start by washing and dicing the raw pepper and ripe nectarine. Don’t forget to remove the seeds from both to prepare the this raw vegan salad recipe!

Now place them on top of the bowl of greens.
