  • 2 tbsp pepitas raw
  • 1 whole red pepper
  • 1-2 whole nectarines
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar garlic flavor

  • Dice the pepper and nectarine. Place on bed of greens.
  • Add pepitas and balsamic vinegar.
