This hearty recipe makes for a great naturally low carb/keto meal or you make it for when feeling under the weather!
Bone broth contains collagen and can improve the appearance of aging skin! It also supports your gut for proper digestion and reduces inflammation! Incredibly healthy and great for your immune system. 🙂
Instructions:
1. Bring beef bone both to boil.
2. Add chicken and light onion slices and garlic salt. Cover with lid and turn heat to down to medium and simmer for 12-14 minutes.
3. Cut mushrooms in halves. (brush off excess dirt with dry paper towel)
I like the texture of mushroom halves because it gives a great bite size delicate crunch, when lightly cooked. LOL!
4. Cut avocado in spears. Longer pieces prevent avocado from overcooking and becoming mushy.
5. Wash cilantro and cut into small chopped pieces. (including stems)
Did you know that cilantro is great for the liver!
6. While chicken is simmering, at 7-9 minutes, add mushroom halves, cilantro, salt, cumin and replace lid for the remainder of time.
7. Remove from heat immediately to preventing overcooking of these delicate ingredients. 😉

- 1 pack skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 carton beef bone broth
- 1 cup mushroom halves
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 whole avocado
- 1-2 tbsp white onion
- 1-2 tsp garlic salt
- 1-2 tsp cumin
- 1-2 tsp salt
Instructions
