Welcome to Smarty Plants Recipes! My name is Shauna and my favorite thing is creating clean eating recipes, that are healthy for you!! I strive for minimally processed, seed-oil free, gluten and dairy free meals.
I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease and found immense healing through changing what I allowed into my body and soul. This took years of trial and error. Definitely a journey.
