Ingredients
  

  • 1 large wild-caught salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika optional, adds warmth & depth
  • 1 tbsp organic raw honey
  • ½ - 1 tsp fresh dill finely chopped (+ extra for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F

Prepare the asparagus:

  • Cut off the white ends of the asparagus.

Make the glaze:

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, paprika, honey, and finely chopped dill.

Coat the salmon:

  • Place the salmon skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush or pour the glaze evenly over the salmon.

Add the toppings:

  • Arrange sliced strawberries over the salmon.
  • Sprinkle a little extra fresh dill on top.

Bake:

  • Place the salmon and asparagus in the oven.
  • Bake at 400°F for 15-17 minutes until the salmon is flaky and the asparagus is tender.
