  • 1 large skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 ounce chicken tenders
  • 1 10 ounce white mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp sea salt optional - enhances flavor
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional - helps texture

Instructions
 

  • Fill a skillet with about ¼–½ inch of water and heat over medium heat until hot.
    Add oil once the water is hot.
  • Place chicken tenders into the skillet.
    Add seasoning and sea salt.
  • Cook 5-6 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through.
    Take the chicken out and set aside.
  • Add the mushrooms to the remaining liquid in the skillet.
    Cook for about 3 minutes so they soak up the chicken juices.
  • Place mushrooms on top of the chicken and serve.
