This Roasted Tomato and Zucchini Recipe is organic and great for a clean eating lifestyle.

How to make: Roasted Tomato and Zucchini Recipe
1. Pre-heat oven at 375.
2. Thoroughly wash and clean tomatoes, zucchinis and green onions.
3. Cut tomatoes into small/medium spears.
Slice garlic into small chunks.
Cut green onions into small ring size.
Drizzle olive oil on baking pan.
Place tomatoes on olive oil, add cut garlic and green onions, surrounding the tomatoes.
4. Cut zucchini into large spears.
Drizzle olive oil on baking pan.
Place zucchini on olive oil, add topping of garlic powder and paprika.
5. Place both baking pans in oven. Middle rack.
Bake each 20-25 minutes.
Carefully watching tomatoes that may require closer to 20 minutes and pulled out before zucchini finishes roasting.

- 1-2 large zucchinis.
- 1 head garlic.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- 1 tsp garlic powder.
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 small bunch green onion.
- 1 tsp sea salt.
