How to Make: Low-Carb Ranch Chicken Wraps
Preheat griddle to 325 F. Drizzle olive oil over the surface. (or heat skillet at medium heat)

Wash and halve the bell pepper, removing seeds. Place them cut-side down on the griddle or skillet.
Coat chicken tenders with ranch seasoning and add them to the griddle.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the griddle on the side, with a pinch of water.
Cook everything for about 10 minutes, flipping the chicken tenders halfway through.
Once cooked, remove all ingredients from the griddle.
Assemble the wraps by placing fresh spinach and avocado slices on the bell pepper halves. Add chicken tenders and mushrooms on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
