This is a super easy Baked Chicken Ranch Recipe, provides a punch of protein. It’s also gluten and dairy free.
These ingredients are what makes this taste, out of this world! I found the gluten-free pasta on amazon as well as the ranch seasoning which is dairy and gluten free!!! (This penne pasta is made out of peas, lentils, and cauliflower flour and high in protein). It is allergy friendly and my go to for my healthy pasta recipes.

How to make: Baked Chicken Ranch Pasta
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
- Cut chicken into small bite size pieces.
- Place 3/4 cup water in baking dish. Add chicken, mushrooms, and ranch seasoning. Stir. (mushrooms optional)
- Place in oven, uncovered for 20 min.
I preferred the mushrooms as that it provides a source of Vitamin D. 🙂
5. Boil pasta penne according to directions.
6. Strain and rinse pasta noodles with hot water.
This gluten-free pasta gives off this beautiful golden color!! And it would also pair up well with the “secret sauce” from this healing recipe, Loaded Turkey Spaghetti Squash with Roasted Veggie Sauce.
7. Pull out baking dish. Add pasta noodles and mix. Layer cheese.
8. Bake for additional 5 min. Remove from oven.

- 1 glass baking dish.
- 1 strainer
Ingredients
- 16 ounces chicken breasts.
- 1/2 box Veggie Craft Penne. or preferred noodles.
- 8 ounces white sliced mushrooms.
- 1 pack Riega Ranch Seasoning or preferred ranch.
- 1/2 cup dairy free mozzarella cheese. or preferred cheese.
Instructions
