How to make: Simple Dairy-Free Carrots
1. Bring pot of water to boil.
2. Place carrots in water and bring down to a light boil. Cover with lid. Cook for 25 minutes.
I prefer slow boil, to maintain nutritional components for this amazing superfood. 🙂
Also, this method gives it a super-light “crunch” texture.
Kids seems to enjoy this easy recipe also!! (get those healthy veggies in however you can)
3. Remove from heat, and strain water.
4. Immediately plate, and add Dairy-Free butter, paprika, and a light drizzle of honey.
Of course you may chose your preferred dairy butter option. (the taste may be different than desired outcome)

- 1 drizzle honey.
- 1-2 tbsp dairy-free butter.
