Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce bag carrots.
  • 1 tsp paprika.
  • 1 drizzle honey.
  • 1-2 tbsp dairy-free butter.

Instructions
 

  • Bring pot of water to boil.
  • Place carrots in water and bring down to a light boil. Cover with lid. Cook for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, and strain water.
  • Immediately plate, and add Dairy-Free butter, paprika, and a light drizzle of honey.
