Equipment

  • 1 Large or Medium baking pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 whole vine tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch asparagus stalks
  • 1 pack ranch seasoning
  • drizzles olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Rinse asparagus and cut of whitish ends.
    Wash tomatoes and cut into medium spheres.
  • Place parchment paper on baking pan. Drizzle olive oil across paper. (or preferred oil)
  • Place asparagus and tomatoes on top of olive oil. Add a drizzle of olive oil across veggies.
  • Empty ranch seasoning across ingredients and lightly mix together.
  • Bake for approximately 20-22 minutes. (carefully watching to not over brown)
