Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounce smokehouse bacon low-sodium bacon, uncured
  • 1/2 bunch asparagus
  • 8 oz sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 whole small purple onion diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your griddle to 360°F.
  • Add a splash of water to the griddle and place the cut-up asparagus on it. Cook for about 5 minutes to soften.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the asparagus for even flavor.
  • Use kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the griddle.
  • Toss in the diced purple onion, followed by the sliced mushrooms.
  • Stir and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy, the onions are tender, and the vegetables are cooked through.
