12 ounce smokehouse bacon low-sodium bacon, uncured 1/2 bunch asparagus 8 oz sliced white mushrooms 1 tbsp ranch seasoning 1 whole small purple onion diced
Preheat your griddle to 360°F.
Add a splash of water to the griddle and place the cut-up asparagus on it. Cook for about 5 minutes to soften.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the asparagus for even flavor.
Use kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the griddle.
Toss in the diced purple onion, followed by the sliced mushrooms.
Stir and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy, the onions are tender, and the vegetables are cooked through.
