Oven-Roasted Long Carrots

  • 1 Baking Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch long stem carrots with top greens
  • 1 drizzle honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder and paprika
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Wash carrots, cut green tops off. Rinse small bunch of green tops and chop to small pieces.
    Line pan for easy clean up, add drizzle olive oil, place carrots, add drizzle of olive oil across carrots, add vegetable broth, sprinkle garlic powder and paprika, light drizzle of honey, top with chopped top greens.
    Roast in oven for 35 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
