Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds ground turkey.
  • 1-2 bunches kale.
  • 1 bag cilantro lime rice.
  • 1 bunch cilantro.
  • 1 1/2-1 cup mushrooms. can exclude if preferred.
  • 1 bunch green onions.

Instructions
 

  • Fry turkey to almost fully cooked. (slightly pink)
  • Thoroughly wash kale, cilantro, green onions. Cut into desired small sizes.
    Cut mushrooms into small slices as preferred.
  • Add 2-3 cups hot water to turkey and bring to simmer.
    Add all ingredients to turkey and cover with lid.
    Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
