kale.

cilantro lime rice.

bunch
cilantro.

1/2-1 cup
mushrooms.
can exclude if preferred.

green onions.
Instructions
Fry turkey to almost fully cooked. (slightly pink)
Thoroughly wash kale, cilantro, green onions. Cut into desired small sizes.
Cut mushrooms into small slices as preferred.
Add 2-3 cups hot water to turkey and bring to simmer.
Add all ingredients to turkey and cover with lid.
Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
