ground turkey.
1
pack
spring roll wraps.
1
pack
bella mushrooms.
1
pack
white mushrooms.
1-2
cups
raw spinach.
1-2
cups
baby spinach.
Instructions
Combine turkey and rice. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover with lid and stir occasionally until light brown turkey.
Rinse spinach leaves and cut baby carrots into fours.
Uncover and place in carrots. Cook for additional 5-6 minutes.
Remove pan and allow to cool before placing on spring roll wraps.
Drop each spring roll wrap in lukewarm water for 15 seconds and remove with spatula.
Place cooked ingredients on wrap and top with raw spinach. Carefully with wet fingertips, roll up the ingredients.
