Spread thin layer of non-dairy butter (or dairy butter) on 2 slices of preferred bread.
Heat skillet to medium heat.Place 1-2 tablespoons of non-dairy (or dairy butter) in skillet and melt to liquid consistency.
Place one slice of buttered side of bead, face down.Sprinkle cheese on open side.Add freshly washed fresh blueberries on top of cheese.Place second slice of butter bread on top of ingredients leaving the buttered side face up.
Cover with lid and simmer grilled cheese sandwich which for 2-3 minutes until bottom side is gold brown or a light crunch texture. Carefully flip sandwich with spatula and cook other side for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes to allow juices to settle for a tasty Dairy-Free Blueberry Grilled Cheese.
