Instructions
Drain chickpeas and rinse and drain. Place in 6-quart or larger slow cooker.
Add water, vegetable broth, coconut milk, green onion, sliced tomatoes, spinach, paprika, garlic powder, and honey. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
