How to make Healthy Juicy Herb-Roasted Turkey
Preparing the Turkey Skin
Place oven rack in the lower third portion of oven and preheat to 450°F
Remove giblets and neck from turkey cavity.
Place whole turkey, breast-side up, in large roasting pan.
