Preheat oven to 350°F.

Strain green beans and place in baking dish. Stir in garlic powder and mushroom soup. Add hand-crumbled mushrooms. The smaller the better with the textures.
Put dish in oven, uncovered and bake for 35 minutes. (watch carefully to not brown)

While baking, slice onions and place in bowl of cold water.
Dip each one in dry bowl mix of oat flour and salt. (or if time is not on your side, dip them all together and churn, it still will be affective) 🙂
Deep fry loose breaded onions together in olive oil until light golden brown.
