Only need a few ingredients to makes this quick clean-food recipe!!
How to make: Roasted Ranch Asparagus and Tomatoes
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Rinse asparagus and cut of whitish ends.
Wash tomatoes and cut into medium spheres.
3. Place parchment paper on baking pan. Drizzle olive oil across paper. (or preferred oil)
4. Place asparagus and tomatoes on top of olive oil. Add a drizzle of olive oil across veggies.
5. Empty ranch seasoning across ingredients and lightly mix together.
5. Bake for approximately 20-22 minutes. (carefully watching to not over brown)
Allow to cool before plating. (use a flat spatula for removing)
This makes a clean healthy addition to any meal or a great plant-based dish.
Chicken or Tofu would pair well also for added protein.

- 1/2 bunch asparagus stalks.
- 1 pack ranch seasoning.
- drizzles olive oil
