I typically chose organic for a minimally processed recipe, but you may go non-organic if it’s better for your budget!
- Long carrots with the tops
- Vegetable broth
- Honey
- Light spices

How to Make Oven-Roasted Long Carrots
Wash carrots, cut green tops off. Rinse small bunch of green tops and chop to small pieces.
I leave the skin on to preserve the nutrition of this healthy veggie. (you may remove and peel if preferred)
Loaded with beta-carotene. And the greens have a good source of fiber. The taste is somewhat similar to parsley.

Line pan for easy clean up, add drizzle olive oil, place carrots, add drizzle of olive oil across carrots, add vegetable broth, sprinkle garlic powder and paprika, light drizzle of honey, top with chopped top greens.
How long to roast carrots at 375 in the oven
We are going to roast these beauties in the oven for 35 minutes. Remove carefully, because of hot juices. 🙂

- 1 bunch long stem carrots with top greens
- 1 drizzle honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder and paprika
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Wash carrots, cut green tops off. Rinse small bunch of green tops and chop to small pieces.
